Welcome to our online Vinyasa Flow Yoga 200 HOUR Teacher Training Programme!
We are delighted to announce our second YTT training this year will start in September 2025.
So far, we have had graduates from all over the world who are now teaching their own classes & clients...and even online to work colleagues & friends.
We will accompany you every step of the way during your yoga teacher training journey.
The programme is designed to be completed in 6 months.
Should you require additional time to complete the training, rest assured, there is flexibility to extend the duration as necessary.
The ONLINE Training programme will be led by me & with almost two decades of experience in Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga yoga training you will be in safe hands.
Since becoming a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher in 2008, I have conducted numerous workshops, trainings, and have taught a thousands of classes across various ages and skill levels.
I will also be joined by guest teachers for both in person & online training.

Participants will have the opportunity to teach at one of our retreats in Mallorca, which will not only bolster your confidence as a new instructor but also expose you to various teaching environments. As not all teachers are confined to studio settings, adaptability to different surroundings is essential.
This flexible 200-hour Foundational program focuses on the pillars of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and is comprised of theoretical, practical, and exploratory modules.
Learn how to teach Vinyasa Flow yoga to friends, family, community and grow your personal practice with the support of an established method and experienced trainers.
This training is not LIVE and can be done in your own time. The benefits of Online training is you can go back on any information you have missed and have access to all training over the 6 month course. Every 2 weeks we will have a personal call/catch up to guide you, answer any questions and keep motivation levels UP.
Each month you will receive your Video tutorials, lectures, teaching assignments and recommended reading.
